Nims Purja is a trailblazing mountaineer and former Special Forces operator, renowned for his extraordinary accomplishments in high-altitude climbing. He made history by conquering all 14 of the world’s 'Death Zone' peaks—mountains exceeding 8,000 meters—in a staggering 6 months and 6 days, a feat that shattered previous records. Notably, he was part of the first winter ascent of K2, known as the 'Savage Mountain.' Beyond his climbing exploits, Nims is a UNEP Mountain Advocate, the founder of the Nimsdai Foundation, and the author of the best-selling memoir "Beyond Possible."
