Starting point is 00:04:48 despite the fact that you don't have to pay federal income taxes there. Starting point is 00:05:16 It's the Obamacare tax. Starting point is 00:05:46 you'll get more welfare. Starting point is 00:06:09 I'm renting space. I bought a lot of property down there. You know, more and more people like me, Starting point is 00:06:46 Management. And I moved that company from Southern California. I was based in Newport Starting point is 00:07:15 Is it like Guam, like that kind of a situation? Starting point is 00:07:35 Is that what you mean? Starting point is 00:07:56 Well, Hawaii, you got high taxes. Starting point is 00:08:28 You know, if you've got a job down there, that's a big plus because most of the Puerto Rican guys, Starting point is 00:08:54 at the pool. Hey, you're the reason that Starting point is 00:09:22 They don't need to be a state. Starting point is 00:09:36 I mean, I took high school Spanish. Starting point is 00:10:04 And if I say, do you speak English? Starting point is 00:10:19 We're on the beach and there's a lot of different places to live.
